Please note that there is no refund or exchange on sale items.

Changed your mind?

If you simply wish to exchange a product because it is not suitable for you, please call our store within 5 business days of receiving to obtain a return authorisation. Once authorised, our staff will assist you with information about returning the item. Please note that we don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind returns, but rather can offer a replacement product or a credit note for the item less the original postage costs. You will need to cover postage of the item back to our store. If you are in a position to return the item directly to our Beechworth store, this is a preferred option as it will save on postage costs.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, the item/s cannot be returned. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please use a trackable postal service or purchase postal insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Faulty Items

Rebus inspects all items thoroughly before posting to our customers. If your product arrives damaged or faulty please call our shop on 03 57281655 within 5 business days of receiving and we will organise a refund or replacement for you.

Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
: Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items

All sale purchases are final. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
